Clients come to us with a situation, the AI collects the facts and prepares a draft, and your lawyers review, edit and sign it. You receive a flow of cases prepared for work, and the client receives a document signed by a professional.

Six steps from the client's request to payout

Request
The client describes the situation in the AITOLDY chat. The AI asks clarifying questions and collects the facts of the case.

Draft
The AI prepares a document with references to Kazakhstan law and puts the case into the queue.

Case card
Before accepting, you see the price for the client, your fee, the deadline and the scope of work. You decide whether to accept the case or skip it.

Review and signature
Your lawyer checks the facts and references, edits the text and signs it. Every action stays in the sign-off log.

Result
The client receives the document. They have three business days for questions and a dispute over the result.

Payout
The fee arrives on your account on the 5th and 20th of every month. A report and an act are generated for each payout.

Who is responsible for what
Partner
Provides legal help to the client in their own name and under their own professional responsibility. Reviews the draft, signs a text they are ready to answer for, keeps advocate or legal consultant confidentiality and meets the deadline in the case card.
AITOLDY
QazBridge Digital LLP attracts clients, collects the facts and prepares a draft with the help of AI, and runs the case queue and the sign-off log. The company accepts the client's payment as a settlement agent and transfers the fee to the partner.
The legal structure of settlements is being checked by a practicing lawyer. The final terms will be published in the offer for lawyers.

Onboarding a whole firm
A single contract
The organisation signs a contract with AITOLDY, confirms its BIN with an electronic signature and answers for each of its lawyers meeting the requirements.
Seats and roles
The Team and Firm plans give seats for lawyers and assistants. An assistant works with cases handed over by a verified lawyer, and the lawyer signs the documents.
Quality control
The Firm plan includes an approval queue, case reassignment, roles, an action log and reports for the head of the firm.
Terms
Plans and commission
A lawyer handles their own clients without commission. On cases that come from AITOLDY the platform charges a commission, and the higher the plan, the lower it is. The rate is fixed at the moment the case is accepted. Paid plans give the lawyer a workplace: AI drafts, storage and case management tools; some modules are bought separately.

Requirements and rules
What is needed for admission and how we work
Requirements for lawyers
- Advocate status or membership in the chamber of legal consultants. The status is checked against public registers at admission and every 30 days.
- A legal consultant works as a sole proprietor or on the staff of a legal entity.
- A valid professional liability insurance contract for at least 1,000 monthly calculation indices at the index of the year the contract was signed.
- Login and document signing by electronic digital signature.
- Criminal defence is handled by advocates; court representation is open to advocates and members of the chamber of legal consultants.
Working rules
- A case is accepted voluntarily, together with its price, deadline and scope of work.
- If the deadline is at risk, the lawyer warns the platform at least 12 hours in advance.
- The fee includes all taxes, and the lawyer pays them independently.
- A dispute over the result is resolved within 5 business days, and only the amount of the disputed case is held.
- For 12 months after a case is handed over, the lawyer concludes contracts with this client for the same case through the platform.
